HCP SERIES

Piston Type Valve
For Steam & Hot Fluid

A piston-operated (not diaphragm) solenoid valve engineered specifically for steam, hot water, hot oil and thermal fluid lines — the rigid piston seal handles higher temperatures and pressures than a standard diaphragm design.

Why HCP Series

Built For Thermal Duty

  • Piston seal design outperforms diaphragm valves at high temperature
  • PTFE seal option extends pressure rating to 45 Kg/cm²
  • Internal parts equivalent to SS316L for corrosive thermal media
  • Water-hammer reducer option protects piping on fast closure
Applications

Where It's Used

Steam boiler and autoclave circuits, thermal oil heating systems, hot water utility lines, and process heating skids where diaphragm valves would degrade under sustained high temperature.
